Unstable Spatialities

Unstable Spatialities: Interfaces between IOT an VR/AR

Quasi-objects - coupling of distributed objects in a network whose interconnections (the relations between their inputs and outputs) can be continuously redesigned. Each object of this network is uncomplete when alone. This interconnection is potentiated by the Hydra System, which makes available the inputs and outputs of all objects participating in this network. Its boundaries are unstable and can be continuously redesigned.

Unstable Spatialities - Spatialities "provoked" by quasi-objects. They can be physical or virtual. Topological spaces where incompleteness is one of the main premises and qualities. With them and by them, the usual architectural tectonics could be subverted.

Meta-objects - the digital dimension of quasi-objects. Meta-objects: potential pair - real (order of selection); Quasi-objects: virtual pair - actual (order of creation). In the realm of the meta-objects resides the program of the behaviors of the quasi-objects.

Internet of (Quasi) Things + Virtual Reality

Investigate possibilities of dialogue between physical quasi-objects and virtual quasi-objects in the construction of unstable spatialities.

Virtual Unstable Spatialities: each parameter that composes its geometry, textures, materials, movements, lighting, etc. can be addressed to compose quasi-objects.
